These Terms of Service govern your use of the Gastronomy Cost Pro platform.
Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms and our Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
Account & Team
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Team owners manage team membership and are responsible for data entered by their team members.
Subscription & Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in EUR plus applicable VAT. You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are issued at our discretion.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the platform, including entering false data, attempting unauthorized access, or violating applicable laws. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Intellectual Property
The platform, its design, and code are the property of afuturapplab. Your data remains yours. You retain all rights to the recipes, inventory, and business data you enter.
Disclaimer of Liability
The platform is provided as-is. We are not liable for business decisions made based on cost calculations, predictions, or reports generated by the platform. See our Disclaimer for full details.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from settings.
